Netyab.com collects information about the user at registration so as to provide the user with an optimal experience while using our products and services. The information provided by the user is not used for anything other than the user's chat experience at Netyab.com.

If a Netyab.com user directly discloses personal information or personally sensitive data on their profile page, this information may be collected and used by others. Netyab.com is not responsible for the user's relinquishing of their personal information in any form while using our services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Netyab.com does not rent, sell, lease or share personal information/customer database with individuals or third parties.

Third Party Ad Networks

The online banner advertisements the chat user sees on Netyab.com are provided by third party ad networks. Netyab.com allows these companies to display advertisements on our web site. Netyab.com does not have access to or control the cookies that may be placed by the third party ad servers or ad networks. Netyab.com is not responsible for how you interact with or provide your information to these third party ad networks. If you want to prevent any of these third party companies from sending and reading cookies on your computer, you will need to contact each ad network individually and request that you be removed from their system.

Under 13 years of Age

1. Users are required to provide us with accurate information regarding their age. We are not responsible for user inaccuracy. However, if we determine that the provided information is inaccurate, Netyab.com reserves the right to terminate the membership of that user.
2. The collection of online personal information from children under the age of 13 will not occur unless Netyab.com has a notarized parental consent form on file.
3. Netyab.com has third party advertisers that could place information (i.e. cookies) on your computer.  Netyab.com does not have any control over this activity.  We would need parental consent before the consumer under the age of 13 uses our services.
4. Once the user under the age of 13 with parental consent on file uses our services, Netyab.com does not distinguish them from other users. All the users of Netyab.com will be treated the same. Netyab.com does not provide customized service for any of its users.
5. In addition to agreeing to Netyab.com terms of service, users are responsible for their interaction/collaboration with other users of Netyab.com.
